Investing in education and training is the best investment we can make for Europe's future,” declared Androulla Vassiliou, EU Commissioner on Education, Culture, Multilingualism and Youth. Each year, the EU's Lifelong Learning Programme and the Marie Curie Actions enable more than 400 000 people to study, work, or do research abroad. We hosted a live debate on the Erasmus+ Programme and other learning programmes, held on September 23, 2013 in the European Parliament.
